No Liquid Secondary Waste

The system operates without water coolant. Wire temperature is managed through integrated vortex cooling. All cutting particulate is captured by a high-efficiency dust collection unit in sealed, classifiable containers, eliminating the secondary liquid waste stream entirely.

Remote-Operable CNC

Full CNC programming enables cuts to be pre-planned and executed remotely. Operators manage the cutting process from outside the controlled zone, reducing personnel time in proximity to activated structures and contributing directly to project dose reduction objectives.

Multi-Material Capability

A single system handles the full material range typical of nuclear decommissioning: heavily reinforced concrete, structural and stainless steel, and graphite. Wire parameters are adjusted per material with no machine retooling required between cuts.

Gantry dimensions, dust collection capacity, wire routing, and remote control integration are specified to your project, not adapted from a standard product. We work from your site conditions to design the cutting system, not the other way around.
